1) Download and print the Tennis Club Member Form:

•    Membership Form 2024.  Click on link to open Membership Form

•    Select “Open Link in New Window”. The forms should open.

•    Select the Print icon in the upper right corner of the display to print the Membership Form.

 

2) If you have NOT signed the DocuSign waiver required by the HOA, the link to the DocuSign waiver is below. Remember to download a copy to your computer after signing and submit a photocopy with your application.

3) Write a check to SCSH Tennis Club for $20 for the membership dues.

 

4) Put your check, the completed Membership Form and a copy of your Waiver in an envelope with “new membership” written on the outside and drop in the Tennis Club mailbox at the Montecito Clubhouse.

5) Email the Tennis Club Treasurer, Barbara McDonald @ baxtermom56@gmail.com, once you drop your envelope in the mailbox, so that she knows it is there and can collect it and get your membership processed, and get you playing tennis ASAP!!
